NON-SMOKING Apartments - But you are allowed to smoke on balcony.
The apartments are fully furnished (fixtures list in every apartment). Please look after the furniture and facilities. Damages have to be reported immediately.
Garbage is to separate according to our instructions (even on the day of departure).

Bathrobe against lending fee
For respect against other guests we kindly ask you to avoid noise between 10pm - 8am. Please keep the volume of your radio and TV at room level. Guests who are not registered first in the hotel are not allowed to accompany you.
CHECK-IN - Arrival - The apartments are available from 4pm to 7pm.
CHECK-OUT - Departure - Please check out between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
DEPOSIT: Your room reservation will be fixed upon receipt of a booking confirmation and payment of the deposit of 2 days.
We confirm your deposit per email.
TRAVEL INSURANCE can be booked with us or the European Booking Insurance.
Cancellation - In case of early termination or delayed arrival we invoice the price for the apartment minus 10% for the booked period.
